Transaction Structuring Agreement, as follows:
► Full equity stake acquisition of the SPV at the current development status of the PV Project
► Full or gradual equity stake acquisition of the SPV at commercial operations date (COD)
► Additional PV and BESS projects developed on the SPV can be discussed
► High degree of traceability of Legal, Technical, Financial information with a smooth due diligence and Transactional process
